the lynch girls.

these girls are as sweet as they come. brooks and madison give me a sense of excitement for who our young people really are. (do i sound so old yet? haha) but really, they are smart, kind, generous, and ladylike. we had so much fun spending time together. initially, they only asked for head shots and maybe a couple extra photos for a pretty exciting event they have coming up. but we were having so much fun, it was hard to stay on task. ;)

i think you'll get a sense for their spirits from these photos. everyone should encounter these kind of kids on a regular basis; it's good for the soul and instills a little bit of necessary hope.

baby wolf.

this is Wolf. he is the happiest little guy! youngest of four, and content as could be!
i'm not much for posed or contrived newborn photos. i think we can all agree that they are just perfect specimens as they are. (no offense to baby hammocks, baskets, or propping up on knuckles! it just ain't me, is all. ;) that said, i don't typically attract clients who want those things. wolf's mama admittedly isn't into it either, but this handmade wolf suit (and red riding hood for sister, Suzume) changes everything. it is almost too much to handle!
enjoy! can't wait for their full family shoot later this month! :)

baby rocco - 3 months!

exciting things are afoot here! we are putting together new packages and ideas to help take the guesswork out of the when, where, and what to wear of having photos taken.
starting with the new Tiny Weeds package! Because babies grow so, so [incredibly so] fast, it's hard to remember every stage. and since blinking is inevitable, this package allows for three sessions within baby's first year. starting with newborn, you then choose two subsequent sessions (three and six months, six and 1 year, etc). all for $495!

*also, in the spirit of spring being upon us, if you book before the end of April 2014, take 10% off a Tiny Weeds package! (you can book even if you're pregnant, considering a baby this year, etc…you don't have to actively HAVE a newborn this month. :)*

AAANYWAY, all that to say that baby Rocco is our first little bub to be a Honey Lake Tiny Weed! you remember him from a few months back, now here he is as a 12 week old! complete with chubs, smiles, and so many cute sounds that i'd be lying if he didn't win me right over. here he is!
