smith family holiday.
when my brother got married, i gained a great sister-in-law. and also collected her sisters and family, too! brandi is one of those ladies, and every time i see her, i wonder why i don't see her more. i was and am so excited that they wanted photos done, mostly so i could see their family and how these beautiful girls are growing!

Melanie and Jason are parents to a painfully sweet, inquisitive, and busy little man. He is the center of their world, and it is so easy to see why. i had a great time with this little family!!

dustin and maribel are some of the most genuine people that i know. the kind of genuine where you think that they just can't actually do anything else for people...and then they do. we are so lucky to know them and their little spunky lady, marley!

the copple family.
i am so honored to have photographed zac and rachel. they are some of my favorite people, and she is easily one of the most effortlessly stylish pregnant ladies i've ever known! this will be their third baby, and such a lucky little guy. :)

holiday sessions - $75!!
It's that time of year, the most wonderful time of course, when milestones are marked more vividly because of the memories and events surrounding them. There's a reason that people love holiday family photos so much!
(I realize that it is barely Thanksgiving, and some of you may bristle at the idea of holiday preparations until December 1, but you'll forgive me, right? ;)
So let's book those Holiday sessions! From now until the end of December, Holiday mini-sessions will be $75!

penelope's indian princess party.
sometimes you have friends whom you are certain will always be a part of your life. sarah is one of those for me. we knew it when we met, and we know it now. i'm quietly reminded whenever we gather to celebrate one of our babies.
last night, we joined them for a party to celebrate penelope wren turning two! she is such a sweet little lady, with a smile that will melt the hardest heart, and a firecracker of a spirit. i just love watching her!
and her mama can plan one heck of a party, as you'll see. every detail was thought of and perfectly executed. from a build your own grilled cheese bar, to a create your own head dress station, it was easily the most precious pow wow i've ever attended. here is a small sampling of her hard, love-filled work.
