so excited and thankful to announce that we've been published! erica rexroat of One Love Weddings planned a gorgeous wedding that you'll remember a few weeks back, if you follow this blog at all. Haley and Steven's lakeside retreat wedding was accepted onto Style Me Pretty! we are so excited about it, but mostly, it's just fun to throw something out and see what sticks. so, thanks SMP!

i wasn't sure where to begin with this one. i wanted to share just one or two photos on facebook, or just try to recap a whole day in a little snippet. but i couldn't.
this couple is different. ashley, one of my dearest friends, is also one of the kindest people i know. we always wondered who her mate would be. there was no doubt he would need to be strong and sincere, but patient and peaceful at the same time. she has definitely met her match in a sweet man that she met in Rwanda (of all places on earth;) - Patasse. without getting too deep into their story, i wanted to share a few moments from their wedding this past sunday.
[there will definitely be a lengthy post about these two, as i've been DYING to share their story for quite some time! i shot this wedding 10 days out from having my son, so i am doing my best to get as much completed before he gets here! ash, i hope these can hold you and your family over for a minute! xo]
